Assistant Project Manager
Operations / Construction
Project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing out the project.
Site Management , Client development and managing Customer / clients
Lead a team of internal and external professionals who provide technical expertise and support through design, construction, commissioning and turnover to operations.
Tender support for local Projects.
Technical Interpretation/ Translation.
Keep Internal delivery plan of WTG components up to date in proactive cooperation with Production Factories and other relevant stakeholders
Prepare and issue Weekly & Monthly Reports including Dashboards.
Ensure contractual documentations are followed on time with respect to milestone completion.
Prepare and update the project risk register
Update contractual milestones in SAP.
Organizing meetings with internal stakeholders; mange the open action list
Progress monitoring with internal & external parties
Insurance claim management in coordination with Finance
Incident management & reporting.
Responsible for handling non conformation and replenishing of defective components on time without affecting the schedule.
Responsible for Initiating CSR works in consultation with corporate team.
Qualifications
Masters / Bachelor of Engineering any discipline or any equivalent Degree
PMP/ PG in Project Management / Construction Management would be of added advantage.
5-10 year of working experience in handling projects.
Local working experience with local language is must.
Competencies
Excellent skills with knowledge in MS-Projects / Primavera P6, Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Good communication skills & Ability to solve problems.
All aspects of a project are dully attended to and completed at the right time, regardless of challenges that may be encountered.
Should has the knowledge and skills to work on their own independently.
Well organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
