To further expand and extend their footprints in the industry, they are currently looking for a strategy Finance Director (excellent Vietnamese and Chinese languages skills are key criteria) based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

To further expand and extend their footprints in the industry, they are currently looking for a Finance Director based in Hanoi, Vietnam (excellent Vietnamese and Chinese languages skills are key criteria) to help drive the business even further.
Main responsabilities:
Be responsible for company’s overall financial management in Vietnam, especially for the annual reports, information disclosure, budget, cost and investment management etc.
Build up the accounting information system and improve the accounting’s standard, policy and procedure
Prepare and submit financial reports, including the consolidated statement
Manage the external appraiser and auditor as appropriate
Organize the tax planning, solve the major tax exposure issues and avoid the compliance risk
Check on the internal controlling according to the requirements of procedure and rule
Set up the financing management procedures and requirements, and check on the implementation of these procedures. Ensure the safety of the funding
Organize the regular analysis of business performance and budget execution, and prepare the analysis report of business performance
Participate in the bidding and contract review
Be responsible for the investment economic feasibility analysis. Participate in the evaluation of major investment project within the budget
Participate in the purchase, sales and rental of assets, the disposal of idle asset, including the impairment of assets and inventories, write-off of accounts receivable etc
Be responsible for financial talent pipeline build-up and training, improve the overall capacity of finance department
Job Requirements
Excellent Vietnamese and Chinese are required (must)
Over 5 years finance controlling experience, at least 3 year’s team management experience
Good communication and team cooperation skill, good professional ethics
Own the relevant qualified certificates
